The shoes are daring but run about 1 sz too big. I have reached out to the company twice and I’m still waiting to hear back. Ordering online is tricky because you can’t try on first so communication is key!!

I finally received my 2 pairs of loafers that I ordered. I was very disappointed that they did not fit me. They were too big around but fit length. I have been trying to reach someone with the given email to start the return process and keep getting the message sent back stating that there is no email - wrong domain. I spent a lot of money and would like to receive a full refund.

Do not order from NORTHEND! I ordered a pair of green loafers. I was sent beige. I went back and looked at the site. Whatever color you order, it puts beige in your cart. I sent them a video, and they have fixed it, but they have still not sent return instructions. Regardless of the color, they are very cheaply made and have no support.

I would give zero stars if able. This is a scam, do not buy. They Sent wrong size and no response for exchange/refund in four weeks. DO NOT BUY from them. Will be reporting them to the BBB and contesting the CC charge that this point.

I was sent the wrong size and NO ONE will respond! I have sent many emails with pictures of the unworn shoes and still NO ONE has responded.

The shoes are cute, but they sent the complete wrong size. Now they are ghosting me on my return and refund.

I was sent the wrong size & after numerous emails the problem is still not sorted. The shoes look a lot cheaper than the actual cost. Would definitely not recommend buying from them!!

I have yet to receive the shoes that I ordered on 3/3!
