This review is for the Hayleigh sandal. I wore them off and on for about a month and they were fine. Then I took them on a vacation and I’ve been wearing them for about 2 1/2 weeks. The inside of the shoe is totally wearing off at “rubbing” points and it looks like the shoe is totally falling apart. They’ve been comfortable and I like the way they look., but the quality seems to be poor.

I purchased these shoes believing they were made in the USA, but I learned they are shipped from China. The "white" sandals come in two different shades: the top part is a dirty white, while the bottom (heel) is a bright white. The quality feels cheap, and I can only hope they last until the end of the summer.

I love the shoes but I have reached out numerous times wanting to return them because they are too small and there is not a larger size and no one has responded.

It took too long to receive them. They do mot have enough support, hardly Any for the price and I notified the company right away and I am still waiting for a return authorization.

Besides the fact that it took two weeks to deliver, the product I ordered did not match the picture. There are some gold threads on the top of the toe box that was not originally pictured and it makes the shoes look like “old lady shoes”. The sole was pictured in white and the ones deliver weee brown. I will not be ordering from Northend again.

The shoes arrived a week late. I needed them for a wedding; however, I had a back up plan. The downsize is that the shoes are too big. I need to return them for a smaller size, but I'm not sure how to do that since they came from a different country.

BEEN TRYING TO GET A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THE SIZE GUIDE WAS OFF AND THE SHOES I HAVE ARE TOO BIG. I AM TRYING TO EXCHANGE FOR CORRECT SIZE. I AM GIVING THEM 2 STARS INSTEAD OF JUST 1 OR 0 BECAUSE THE SHOES ARE NICE. BUT NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE IN 2 WEEKS OF TRYING.
