Terrible product from China. Not sure what the Italy connection is all about. Glue was still wet and smelled terrible. Do not buy. I will be returning and hoping for a refund but highly doubt it will happen.

Poor construction. One shoe has obvious wrinkles in the layers. The back of the shoe goes too high up the heel. Had a blister within one hour! Charged me and extra $18 for what was supposed to be a free $20 gift card, which I wasn't going to use anyway, because they didn't have anything else I liked and supposedly they were going out of business. Requested a refund and still don't have it.

This place is a total scam. Hard to tell from the fancy website. The shoes are cheap material all made in China. Dirty used shoes made from what can only be described as cardboard, Then they come to a warehouse in CA where a new label is put on so you think they are coming from a legit place with quality products. Trying to return is another whole problem.

WHERE IS MY ORDER, NOTHING HAS ARRIVED AND IT HAS BEEN WEEKS, ALMOST 2 MONTHS. NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THEY GOT MY ORDER. BUYER BEWARE, I SHOULD HAVE READ THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE I BOUGHT ANYTHING. WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Ordered weeks ago and never sent. Requested a refund and got a runaround. "Oh well check with the manager " " the wear house is looking into it". This has been going on for weeks. Finally had to report it as spam🤨

I strongly recommend not buying anything from this company. I ordered 2 pair of shoes because I'm in between sizes. Neither pair fit so I reached out to Northend to start my return authorization request. I received an email back stating I needed to provide proof of purchase and pictures of the shoes to verify they were in new condition. I emailed that information to Northend on February 24, 2025. I have not heard back from Northend but it should not take weeks to receive a return authorization. I feel like this company is deliberately stalling so that I'm out of my 30 day return window. Very disappointing experience. I am resorting to disputing the charge with my credit card company

It's clear from multiple reviews that this is NOT a company you want to do business with, wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I rarely give reviews, but with this one I feel that people should know what to expect. It was a new company for me. The shoes I received were only OK quality and took a long time to get here. The fit was not as described - way too narrow for my feet, didn't even cover the little toes. As said in other reviews, I could not get ahold of anyone for many days to start return process as the email address they have on website and on order email is WRONG and there is NO phone number for the business! After a few non-deliverable emails, I accidentally stumbled on a different email address somewhere online, not on their website. I wonder if it's purposeful, to let your 30-day return window run out. Then, they respond to emails once a day, typically in the evening hours. They have requirements to provide photos of shoes as proof, as if I was ever able to wear them, approve your return, and you will have to pay for return shipping on top of that. All-in-all, not worth either their product or your experience! Go to Amazon for superior product and definitely superior service! Actually I have not received my shoes and have gotten very little information about my order. I would give this company zero stars and I would like a refund!!!
