Very cheaply made product. Doubt they will hold up more than 2 wearings. The company misled me stating they were in the USA, but as soon as I could track the shipment it was obviously NOT MADE IN THE UNITED STATES. Wearing such a poor product (white threads on a black shoe,the liner edge shows all around-pale beige against black outer) makes me very concerned for safety around turning my ankle.

I can’t return this uncomfortable shoes. This is my second week trying to return but “manager is still reviewing if I can’t return”. I sent a message to this company the moment I received the shoes. Scam for sure! To whom do I need to report ?

Worst customer service - shoes do not fit and are not good quality and they want me to pay to ship them back - would not recommend ordering from this company

Buying from this company was a huge mistake. I feel like I just threw away my money. The shoes don’t fit and do not look like they did on the website. I have reached out twice in three weeks to initiate a return and have heard nothing back. Do yourself a favor and buy your shoes from a company that you recognize. I regret this purchase.

Terrible experience … I am still waiting on authorization to return my order. Keep telling me the manager has to approve it and it’s been 2 weeks. I would not order from them because you will not be able to return it. They give you the run around hoping you give up! Poor customer service

Ordered Feb 5th received email items out of stock - asked for a refund third week of February as of March 15, 2025 still no shoes and no refund just emails saying my request is being reviewed - 5 weeks later just frustrated and disappointed
