Not even one star! This is not a reputable Shop. Shoes took more than three weeks to arrive and they came in a plastic wrap not a box, which caused damage and misshape. There’s no way to return. This is definitely a scam! Don’t shop here, you will regret it! I’m out of my money and stuck with cheaply made shoes. Nothing therapeutic about them. I can’t believe I fell for this scam!🥲

I ordered 2 pair of the Dana dress shoe. One pair in black and one pair in pink. On June 6, 2025 I received 3 identical pair of black shoes. I emailed the company and they want me to keep the shoes and choose a different pair. Why? The shoes were crushed as the 3 pair were compressed by a thin bubble-wrapped envelope. I have a tracking number from China and once it reached the US one from the United States Postal Service. The shoes didn't fit, and there was no kind of orthopedic footbed in them whatsoever and who knows what kind of flimsy faux material they are made of. I have sent several emails in regard to requesting a return authorization number and address to send them back along with a demand for my credit card to be refunded. I have received one email in response that says they will have to check with their manager. There were also three charges posted to my credit card. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company as well as the BBB. Don't waste your time with this company. It's not worth it. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating!

Shoes were out of shape due to being shipped without a box. The insole detached after 3hrs of wear. They’re extremely loose but don’t fit standard insoles?! These say they’re orthotic but there’s no support in the shoe insole?! Received pkg on June 9, 2025.

I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding that I am in and received 4 pairs of the same shoes, all at different prices, totally almost $200. I have cancelled the other 3 pair of shoes and I have already received the second pair. I need to return them but was waiting to make sure the others didn't arrive before I send them back. Besides that, they are too big. I take a size 7 and these are not a true 7.

Quality was not good and the color I received is not the color I ordered.

Besides the fact that it took two weeks to deliver, the product I ordered did not match the picture. There are some gold threads on the top of the toe box that was not originally pictured and it makes the shoes look like “old lady shoes”. The sole was pictured in white and the ones deliver weee brown. I will not be ordering from Northend again.

They arrived too late and were too loose. I received no response to my request to return them. The return policy is a scam
