Are you kidding me? The so-called orthopedic, arch support shoe was nothing of the sort.

So disappointed in my 1st time experience. I've been scammed unfortunately.I've shopped online for many years and do not like leaving negative reviews,especially 1 star ones,but sadly this company gets one of my super rare 1 star reviews. My experience was exactly the same as the recent negative reviews! I spent $80 on my first purchase from them and received the complete opposite quality of product then was advertised. Poorly made shoes, poor packaging, poor customer service. Don't believe in the advertisement for comfortable,orthopedic heels from Northend.... Complain to your credit card companies to get your money back because sadly, this company doesn't have good customer service and who knows if they honor their return,refund policy at all.

I needed dress heels for a wedding. I ordered the shoes 3 weeks prior and got them two days before the out-of-town wedding. Upon opening the package, I noticed the stitching had come undone on the left shoe near the top corner by the zipper. I never even put them on before the strap, not sewn in, came undone and was unwearable. I have bunion surgery that needs to be fixed, so it is not easy to just run out and buy another pair. Now what do I do???? No shoes for that weekend's wedding. This is my first purchase, and I am incredibly disappointed! I ended up sewing them up and praying they would not break during the wedding. The shoes were made of a weird, cheap material, but the style was fine. After reviewing my issue, I was told they would get back to me, still no response.......

Awful awful awful company, product, service and customer service. I bought a pair of women’s heels that are literally made of some cheap weird cardboard type material and are saggy around the ankle strap so you can hear the sound of paper against your skin. I also bought a pair of men’s tennis shoes. The material is a bit higher quality but they might as well be clown shoes. They are so wide that no normal sized man could wear these. They were over a month for delivery and I have been waiting for weeks to return them because you have to have “permission” to return things to this company apparently. AWFUL.

I never received my order. Northend Shop contracts with an unreliable carrier who failed to deliver the package. I reached out in advance to both Northend Shop and the carrier itself, because this exact same result occurred just a month earlier with the same carrier. They unilaterally abandoned any delivery attempt and sent the parcel back to Northend Shop. I want a full refund ASAP!!

I received the shoes I odered after waiting 3 weeks. They arrived in a shrink wrap plastic bag, not a box. They were also huge, I ordered my regular size which is 8, but these shoes were a full size too big and feel off my feet. I emailed asking for an exchange and did not get a response. After 48 hours I packaged them up and sent them to the address on the original package and sent off another email to ask for a second time to please send me an exchange pair in a size 7. I paid $14.00 for the return postage because the company does not pay for that. I mailed that package on May 16th. The following day, after I sent them back I receieve an email giving me the address for shipment, but it was too late, they were enroute. I was leaving the country the following day so I had to get them sent. Customer service emailed me back and told me not to worry that they would resolve my issue and get me a new pair of smaller shoes. I have yet to get a status update and of courese I still do not have the new shoes....I would probably never use this site again and should have checked to see if there is a customer service phone number BEFORE I placed an order...because we all know that's a red flag. M

Bought 3 pair of shoes, one pair was fine. I ordered a size 9.5, they sent a European size 43, which is a men’s 9.5-10 in US. They were ladies dress shoes, so not sure why they think a needed and men’s 9.5. They, supposedly, shipped from Coppell, TX (that’s the return address), but to return them, it has to go to Italy, and guess who pays for the shipping, not them. They come in a plastic, sorta padded shopping bag. Shoes are smashed and crumpled. Buyer beware!

I paid $60 for shoes that were supposed to be “orthopedic”. They were cheap and terribly uncomfortable which I only had in my feet 10 seconds. I went to return them which it clearly stated on their site you can. But then they claimed there has to be something wrong them. SCAM
