Shoe name misleading using the word "Orthopedic." They have no substance whatsoever and should be sold as "costume shoes." VERY thin and cheap quality. Secondly, the return policy is slow, tedious and offers no return label. If the goal is to discourage returns, then they have succeeded with me. They get one star only because there is no option for no stars. Enjoy my money you won't see another penny! PS - they may not post this due to their "review policy"

I am very dissatisfied. I ordered pink, it showed all the way thru, but I received. it was black. A special order for a special occasion so I was deeply disappointed. It did not match at a critical time.

It took too long to receive them. They do mot have enough support, hardly Any for the price and I notified the company right away and I am still waiting for a return authorization.

I wish I had looked at the reviews for this company before purchasing! Especially where they were shipping from and where they would need to be returned to. After I ordered there was a 2-1/2 week wait for them to arrive. The shoes were over 2 sizes too large, of cheap materials and definitely not orthotic! Emails take a day or two to get a reply. If I were to spend the money to ship them to Italy, I'm not sure that I would ever see a refund. The next step will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can do a charge back.

I reached out because after I hit submit I noticed there were 2 orders of the pair of shoes I had ordered and I had only ordered one. They said I could exchange for a different pair even though nothing had shipped yet. This was not a satisfactory answer to me because I did not believe I had ordered 2 separate pairs of the same shoes without even knowing if they were as comfortable as their website claimed. And when they did finally arrive I discovered they were not. Not a happy customer.

Shoes not as advertised in appearance or support. Inordinate difficulty finding return instructions. Emailed info@northend requesting instructions for return. Still waiting for a response. Instead, I keep getting emails requesting a review.

I like the fit of the shoes but I was sent the wrong color. I ordered brown but got light beige

I'm furious. I didn't even actually order the shoes. I accidentally hit "Purchase" when my cursor went over it. Next thing I knew I see "Thank you for your purchase!". Apparently they use something called "Shop" which already has ALL OF MY INFORMATION-name, address, CREDIT CARD-none of which I entered, so it autofilled and automatically purchased without my approval or consent. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to cancel the order. The response I got was, "The item is already being processed for shipment.". Impossible since it had only been ten minutes. The response went on to say that if I wasn't pleased with my purchase I could always return them. The shoes arrived and of course, they're the wrong size. I ordered a size 9, but got an 11. Are you kidding?! I looked up the return info only to find that I have to ship them back to ITALY and I'm responsible for shipping costs!!! That information isn't disclosed. All their contact information makes it seem that they are located in the US. I don't care if people love the shoes, this is a scam.
