Ordered the Norelie knee massager , with a hope that it will help the knee pain as a result of rheumatoid arthritis. Before the purchase , contacted the customer services , to enquire more about the product whether it would be suitable for a specific reason for which I was given decent info as I accept that not all aids will be of benefit to all. The order was straight forward and product arrived within a week as advised. The product is made of high quality materials and the engineering, design and product finish is excellent. Slightly heavier than I expected which maybe due to the high quality material used. The operation is easy and the icons of explanation are easily understood and the mode of operation is user friendly. The power of the massager is controllable like the heating element which is very useful and the extremes are quite noticeable. The immediate effect has been a noticeable relief with a daily 10 minute use which is quite useful to experience just before retiring for the night. The red light effect is something that is not measureable but hope that it will show it’s benefit with continued use. It is still in the early days of using the machine so it’s still early to comment on that particular aspect. The device is priced competitively to other similar products but you definitely get a good quality product here. The help from the customer services was also very helpful and excellent and it was a pleasure talking to Fab especially to re-visit my Tagalog. It was a great experience and maraming salamat Fab!.

Sent an enquiry at around 8pm last night and received a callback from the very charming Fab at around 9pm this morning. He seamlessly sorted out my 10 per cent discount and free shipping on my order. Based on the customer service alone, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

This is the first time I have made an order to Norelie and they have proved to be very efficient, Order of Comfysole is the best purchase I have made in a long time! They are so comfortable and certainly help take away the pain from arthritis in my left foot. Would highly recommend them.

I wanted to put an order in which stated free shipping. When I came to check out it put an extra charge of £3.99 on. I sent an email asking why this was. Less than 15 minutes later I get a phone call on my land line. FAB you have made my day ! Such a lovely person. He sorted it out for me and even gave me a little discount which I really appreciate.
