As soon as I'd completed my order, I realised I needed to alter the size of an item. Having rung and waited some time for an answer I had a call back. Fab was extremely helpful and double checked everything I said. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Thank you Fab.

My husband ordered what he thought was the correct size of compression socks but when they arrived, we found they were too small. I rang Norelie and spoke to Fab who was extremely helpful. He arranged for the larger size to be delivered and when I asked about us returning the original order, he said to keep it and donate it to the local Hospice or a residential home, but certainly someone who would benefit from the items. We thought this a wonderful gesture. Fab was friendly and very easy to talk to. A big thank you to him.

My experience with Norelie and especially Fab has been a pleasure. I had a hiccup with payment from my bank and thought at first they were a scam company. With exceptional patience and convincing me that Norelie was a legitimate company Fab went that extra mile with genuine concern with my health and well being. Because of Fab I am now the proud owner of my knee machine which actually works and I definitely recommend this company and its products.

I was a little unsure about this company when i had a hiccup in the ordering system on line, but after a couple of emails and proof of purchase all was sorted. When they realised the problem they sent my order. I must say all communication was very friendly and professional.... Item bought was diabetic socks, which really work with my Neuropathy.

This is the best customer care I have had in years! I ordered the socks for my dad who is now 96 and has swollen feet due to his diabetes. An initial misunderstanding on price was quickly sorted by the customer service team. Unfortunately when the socks arrived I had ordered too small a size and they did not fit dad. So, I contacted customer service to see if I could change them for a larger size. I was amazed that they were happy to send me the larger size straight away and asked me to keep the original ones and give them to someone else who would benefit from them. As it happens we know a lady who also has diabetes and swollen feet, so we are going to give them to her. This is amazing customer service. All the emails are answered within a couple of hours and they have gone out of their way to help us. I can’t thank you enough. You are an example of what I call Fabled Service, service that puts a smile on your heart. WELL DONE.
