The stick is robustly made and the online course is very clear and easy to follow. I've noticed a real difference in the 6 weeks I've been using it with my 'usual' morning stiffness and aches seemingly a thing of the past.

The stick is well built, but the end balls didn’t not fit. Had to order the new ones (company have a credit that was equivalent to the value of the new end balls). Shipping was very, very long (26 days) and then had to wait for the second shipment (19 days). Emails were good, but couldn’t help with delivery time. No introductory video so I felt I had to buy the program which is not laid out well. Exercises are good though.

I love it. I have the nordic stretch stick nearby as I work from home and every hour I get up for a walk and a stretch. I also feel safe as it can be used as a Bo staff if required. It's a great addition to my home office.

My 10 mins a day has become a great habit, usually start my day with a stretch and it sets me up. As a foil surfer, I need to stretch before and after getting into the sea, and never found a way to do it properly until now. Took a while to arrive but worth the wait!
