Easy to assemble and good quantity. Shame the follow along stretches are looked behind paywall
Response from Nordic StretchAug 4, 2026
Thank you Jason, really glad you're happy with the quality. Just wanted to clear something up. The beginner follow-along videos are completely free, no paywall, no account needed. You can find them at nordicstretch.com/pages/how-to-use. The 90-Day Mobility Transformation Program is a separate paid course for those who want to go deeper, but the beginner content is there for everyone from day one. Hope that helps and enjoy the stretches. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch
NICHOLAS
The Nordic stick has been fantastic, I have mobility issues and it is the perfect device to allow me stretch, lung without falling over. I feel a major improvement with my balance I highly recommend it.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 4, 2026
Thank you Nicholas, balance and stability are at the heart of what the stick is designed for. Really glad it's making that kind of difference for you. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch
Michael C.
The stick is robust and easy to disassemble fir transporting between home and office. Even with basic moves, the stick provides stability as the muscles lengthen against resistance which has improved my movement freedom. The Nordic Stick … a simple tool that motivates me to stretch more consistently
Response from Nordic StretchAug 4, 2026
Consistency is everything with mobility work and it sounds like the stick is doing exactly what it should. Making it easy enough to actually do daily. Thank you Michael, a beautifully written review. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

Easy to assemble. Would like it not to wobble at the joints, but got around that. Took a little longer to arrive than optimum. Just finished first biz car trip & using it at our hotel was great in the am in our room instead of germy gym. Just found out about the videos, so will start using those next. Good to see the progress on our balance. All in all a good addition to our home fitness routine
Response from Nordic StretchAug 4, 2026
Thank you Rene, the hotel room use case is one of our favourites — exactly why we made it portable. On the wobble at the joints, make sure all sections are screwed together firmly and the end caps are tight, that usually resolves it. If it persists, email us at [email protected] and we'll take a look. Glad the beginner videos are now on your radar too. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch
Mauro
The stick is great for deep stretching. I would recommend to develop a training plan for athletes as the current one offered appears too basics. Mauro

Thank you Mauro, and that is genuinely useful feedback. Your point about an athlete-specific plan is noted and something we're keeping in mind for future development. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

Matthew
Very disingenuous company. When I purchased the stick it included “free access” to a “complete video library to complement the stretch and mobility stick” through “structured programs, guided routines and progressive training plans” including “10-minute daily follow along routines”. This was under development and access would be given as soon as it launched. They have since offered for sale a “complete training protocol for the mobility stick” that offers “follow along video sessions…10 minutes a day… structured for progression”. Apparently this is completely different to what was part of my package (and presumably many other buyers) as it’s “a completely separate thing” as it has “different names and different products”. I beg to differ. Seems they have enticed buyers in with the offer of free access to training plans and then decided to renege on that and develop it only to sell separately. Customer services have been very unhelpful, disingenuous and border line rude. **update: having been asked to email customer services, they replied saying their position hasn’t changed and they consider the matter closed”. Not sure why they bothered asking me to get it touch. I stand corrected on my earlier review and can remove the reference to borderline. Customer services have been very unhelpful, disingenuous and outright rude. PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER IF YOU WISH TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH SUCH A COMPANY.

Hi Matthew, We're sorry the communication around this wasn't clear enough from the start. Every purchase includes a free training e-book sent to your email, a video guide on how to assemble the stick, and a quick beginner guide showing how it works. The 90-Day Mobility Transformation Program is a separate product and course that comes at an additional cost to the stick. It was never part of the original package. We understand that if this wasn't communicated clearly at the time of purchase it can feel misleading, and that's on us to do better. Please email us at [email protected] and we'll go through exactly what was included in your purchase and make sure you have everything you're entitled to. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch
