Really enjoying stretching with the Nordic Stretch. The bar allows for a much more dynamic natural stretch.

Thank you Ken, that dynamic natural feeling is exactly what the leverage is designed to create. Really glad you're enjoying it. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

The product is good but it took a long time to arrive ( to UK) as despite its name it is manufactured in China and logistics are slow. I had to buy the training programme ( it should really come as an integral part of the sale). Free training is rudimentary and pdf based. There is no app to access the purchased training programme and it has to be accessed via the email link to an online site. Overall , good sturdy product with poor services : poor delivery , no app and additional training costs.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback. This is exactly the kind of review that helps us improve. We design our products in Scandinavia and fulfilled globally, and we're actively working on improving that. On the app, that is on our roadmap and your feedback adds weight to prioritising it. We hear you on the training costs and appreciate you taking the time to share all of this. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

Fantastic bit of kit, gentle ease into powerful releases of underused essential stretches for release. My Mobility has definitely increased since using this. It is so effective, fun, easy, timeless and a great addition to my health and well being. Genius invention very happy with results. A massive thank you for your product 5* X

7 August 2026 - Still no response from Nordic Stretch to my emails (with photos) to them that my stick broke after light use (which use was as per their manual). I have now sent them 6 emails and have not received any responses to my emails. The only response I have received from Nordic Stretch was when I posted a Trust Pilot review. The response stated that it was unacceptable that my stick broke and I should contact them by email as per their website, as it would be covered under warranty. This is the email address that I have used for my 6 emails. I will update this review if I receive an email response from Nordic Stretch and a replacement / refund.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 7, 2026
Hi David, We are truly sorry for the experience you've had. We always aim to respond within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder as our replies may have landed there. What we can say clearly is this: if your stick broke during the first ever use, we will replace it for you at no cost, no questions asked. That is covered under our warranty. Please email [email protected] one more time with the subject line "Trustpilot — David Q" and we will make sure this is resolved for you immediately. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

The Nordic Stick has allowed me to get a deeper stretch by giving me more stability as I lower myself down. I have bad knees with alot of scar tissue and inflammation, so doing deep squat stretches are difficult. So I use the NS to stabilize myself as I get closer and closer to the floor. Where has this been my whole life?
Response from Nordic StretchAug 7, 2026
Hi Tera, That last line says it all. Supporting people through exactly that kind of challenge, giving you the stability to move deeper without the fear of losing control, is everything we designed it for. Really glad you found it and we hope the knees keep improving. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

Delivery took longer than expected, but now I have it the level of stretch I get is far better than without, I’ve had left shoulder issues for years but now my range of movement that side has improved. It has definitely reduced overall stiffness, I would recommend.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 7, 2026
Hi Tony, Worth the wait is exactly what we want to hear. Shoulder mobility is one of the areas where the leverage really shines and it's great to hear the range is coming back after years of issues. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

Has helped me get a simple start to moving again and being supported while getting closer to the ground while not straining.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 7, 2026
That supported, gentle start is exactly what the stick is designed for. Really glad it's helping you move again Sarah, thank you for sharing. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

I've been using Nordic Stretch for about 2-3 weeks now and overall it's been genuinely helpful. I've already noticed real benefits from incorporating it into my routine. My one critique is that the instructions could be clearer on the different ways you can use it. Some more detailed tips or a quick reference guide would go a long way in helping users get full value out of the product. Solid product that does the job, just wish it came with a bit more direction on how to use it to its full potential.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 7, 2026
Thank you Ryan, really glad the benefits are already showing after just a few weeks. For a fully structured progression the 90-Day Mobility Transformation Program at nordicstretch.com/products/90-day-mobility-transformation-program-1 goes much deeper into getting the most out of the stick. Your feedback on clearer onboarding is noted and something we're actively working on. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch
