Resolved quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I would be a happy customer and return next time I was in need of anything that was a Normad product. While the band is priced at a premium, the customer service is truly outstanding. Every interaction was prompt, courteous, and thoughtful. You can tell they care about their customers, which makes the higher cost much easier to justify.
