I purchased a stainless steel band in 2022, and although the item had a 2 year warranty, Nomad sent a replacement to fix the issue had with my clasp. The communication was very good and got to my fix very quickly. It is refreshing to experience a company that sell the best watch straps for the apple watch in my case (but do sell for other watches) and as a result I have a few Nomad straps for my watch. I will continue to purchase from this company knowing that I will be looked after!

I received one of their watch bands as a gift. When I opened the package, I noticed that one of the clips was missing, so I reached out to see what could be done. After sending them a few photos, they agreed to send me a replacement. The new one is beautiful, and it works great. This company is easy to work with, and I am looking forward to buying from them in the future.

I purchased a Nomad Horween leather Apple Watch band in 2022. The issue is not patina, discoloration, scratches, or ordinary cosmetic wear. The band has split apart structurally despite not being worn on a daily basis. I understand Nomad’s written warranty is two years, but I expected a premium leather watch band marketed around Horween leather and long-term patina to age, not separate. Nomad declined warranty assistance because of the purchase date. Buyers should understand that, in my experience, the band did not simply develop character over time; it failed structurally after roughly four years of non-daily use.

I recently purchased a Nomad Velo Brutal Grey Short Sleeve Jersey which I have to say is excellent. The material is silky and very comfortable, the fit is just right (I am 5’10 77kg, athletic build) The zip is smooth and strong, it’s definitely a quality jersey but the most important thing is that it looks good.

Easy ordering. Delivery on time. The instructions on the box saved the day because the video on YouTube for re-sizing the band was not up to date. There must have been a re-design. That said the re-design sizing process was easier than what I watched on YouTube. I ended up having to remove 2 regular links and adding just 1 half link for a comfortable fit. But the instructions could be better and it would really help having an up to date video. I am retired dentist so very handy and good with my hands but I could see some having difficulty with the re-sizing. Thus the 4 stars but I really like the band. Super comfy and great looking.
