Legit product!
I was afraid the advertisements were going to be misleading and it was going to look cheap in person. But I was wrong! I was so pleasantly surprised that these covers look as nice as advertised. We have a couch that’s all ripped up with no options for upholstering. These covers are saving us thousands in having to buy a new couch for a few more years. Don’t hesitate to buy!

Comfortable & Great Quality Covers
Customer service experience and attention to concerns about unusual shipping delay were handled in a prompt and satisfactory manner. The covers are of great quality, far more comfortable than the original fabric of my sectional couch. Very pleased with this product.

We’re very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the shipping timeframe for your order. We understand how important it is for packages to arrive promptly. Please be informed that your order was shipped via standard free shipping, which takes 3–10 business days within the US, unless you chose our Express Shipping option. On our website, we have always been transparent that our order processing takes 1–2 business days.
Your order arrived on time and is not considered delayed, and while a slight delay of a few days can happen sometimes, it was still within the expected shipping timeframe. Even though your address is almost 15 hours from our warehouse in New Jersey, the shipment must follow the protocol of the shipping company.
Based on the tracking information, there was no issue in the process:
August 8, 9:05 AM: USPS received the shipping information at their facility in Bloomingdale, IL (this does not mean the package physically started there).
August 8, 6:23 PM: It arrived at the origin facility for scanning and proper placement with other packages.
August 11: It departed the facility (note that August 9–10 were the weekend).
August 12: It arrived back at Bloomingdale, IL, was processed, and may have taken a few additional days.
August 17: It departed the facility.
August 18: Arrived at USPS facility in Oak Creek, WI.
August 19, 10:33 AM: Successfully delivered to your mailbox.
Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, we do not have direct access to how they handle it. Tracking information is the only reference we have, which is why our team provided it to you and sent it to your email. Our team also offered to process a new package if your package had no movement in the next 3 days — please know that other companies typically wait at least a week before taking action. You reached out on August 15, and the next tracking update occurred just 2 days later.
Our team also emailed you asking for more information about the items inside. Please know that no company will hand over a package that is ruined. While we received a photo of the box, you have not provided further details of the covers inside. Please respond to our team’s email so we can assist you further.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your patience. Our team always aims to provide polite and helpful support, and we regret that this shipping experience did not meet your expectations.

Easiest possible update for our living room
Using the provided measurements, I updated two sofas and a "chair-and-a-half". Also two throw pillows for the sofas. Installation was a breeze after the first couple. I was able to fit non-rectangular cushions and even one that was attached to the chair, because of the elasiticity of the covers. We have pets, and also the solid colors (on all-print furniture) calms down the decor.

Great customer service . I love my cushion covers. They fit perfect and the color works so well with my sofa. They are so comfortable to sit on. I have had covers befor and they always moved around and looked sloppy . Nolan cover are far superior to any other

Love the Miracle cover
Great customer service! The Miracle Covers-Plush are very durable and stand up to my 3 dogs. Provide excellent protection and easy to install on cushions. Love that they are washable too! Highly recommend the Miracle cover if you have pets.

This product is amazing, I ordered the oatmeal couch covers and they are so thick and lush, very good quality and iv already had some spills on it (toddlers) and it wipes of with Ease without soaking in. They replied quickly to my query, they gave exceptionally high quality customer service.
