Good customer service and quick shipment.

My first order was fine. My second order, I received a partial delivery. I called and they told me the person that took the order was not in that week and that they couldn't verify if the items were on back order. I called the following week and was told they would need to get back with me and would call within a day or two when they had the info. I never received a return call. The following week I called again and asked them to cancel the remaining order and provide a refund. I placed the order on line at the CPAP Shop and received confirmation, tracking number, it shipped that afternoon and I received it within 4 days. That's how it should be done!
