I’m pleased with the purchase but not with the communication. I had to ask where my order was a week after the shipping notice was sent. Apparently, according to them, the manufacturer back ordered my machine. I’m not sure about the timing but in my experience they had enough time to notify me of the delay, before I asked.

Horrible experience, screwed up not once, not twice but three times and were totally unapologetic and tried to make seem like it was my fault. They have a very typical New Jersey attitude and get snippy when confronted. When I asked to speak with a manager, they refused, and what a surprise, management never contacted me. And BTW when they say they are transferring you to a manager, they just transfer it to another salesman, not anyone who actually does anything. I have no intention of ever using them again, I will pay more to not use them.
