No Insurance Medical Supplies had one of the top rated CPAP machines (Dreamstation) for about $300 less than most other on-line retailers. The person with whom I placed my order was very courteous and knowledgeable. I received my machine and supplies in a day or two - earlier than promised. What I got was exactly what I ordered and everything works as expected.

Not at all rude.... My problem was that I placed an order, they pulled the money out of bank account before informing me they were unable to send their product without additional information !! I would prefer to be notified of any information needed before having me assume my product was on its way. In past experiences product is shipped when money is taken !

We went to exchange return the product they told me that it could not be returned and if I wanted it back I would have to pay the shipping to have it back otherwise they would throw it away. Very unimpressed with the product And Customer service very very disappointing
