As clearly stated in our returns policy on our website if you purchase an item and open that packaging, the item cannot be returned because it has come in contact with your skin and or saliva / bodily fluids. This is unsanitary and dangerous. he mask is a bio hazard after coming in contact with your body and therefore, has to be disposed of after being opened.

I got the product quickly and the price…
I got the product quickly and the price was much lower than for most other major vendors. I also got the newest model even though it was not promised on the ad. Good product. It fits my face so much better than the older type I had and so far is much easier to put on at night without all of the extra gel strips needed to prevent bruising.
