I purchased $ 200 worth of merchandise and received within 30 minutes after delivery I e mailed them because the FREE UV light didn’t work. I was told I had to produce a video which I sent twice ( they couldn’t open it ) and a link to show me how to turn in the light ( common sense ) I can only imagine what I gave to do if issues with the glass itself. I also noticed that NO negative reviews on their website… why ?? Definitely won’t do business with them again.. poor customer service and rude

The first bracelet I purchased was gorgeous. It was for my granddaughter who shares the same birthday month as me.

I received 3 NOGU products for Christmas, and have gotten hooked! I have placed a few orders since. Communication is excellent. Emails/texts are replied to fast, sometimes within an hour. Most of the products look as pretty as, or even nicer than, the pictures on the site. A couple weren't, but still quality items. The last order came in yesterday and it was totally beautiful. It was the February Bracelet of the Month subscription. The one area that needs improvement is the shipping. Once the email comes in letting you know the order is packed and ready to ship, it still sits at the company for a couple of days before it is actually shipped. Don't understand this practice, and I've talked with others who aren't pleased with it. Overall, it's a great company.
