I had an issue with my second pair of journeys which happened on my first pair too, but thought that one was a fluke. When I reached out to customer support, they not only took care of the problem at hand, they wanted to know all the details about what happened and see the pictures so that they could report it and look into correcting the issue. I just ordered two more pairs as I have faith that they made changes. No defensive talk, no problems, just honest curiosity and support. They are polite, respond quickly and are super effective. Thanks NOBULL for standing behind your name!! I also just reached out with a question regarding shoes for my son as I was looking for a specific fit for his insoles and they responded so quickly I thought it was an automated response that they would “get back to me within three business days”. I almost deleted it, but then realized it was a respectful, informative and helpful response. Not to mention their sneakers are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever owned.

NoBull shoes are my absolute favorite shoe for everything! I do long runs in them. I wear them to work. I always travel with them for my long walks. I have never had one issue with my shoes. Favorite shoe is Drive/Drive 2. Sizing is spot on. Their customer service is fast and friendly. Such a cool company!

Had an issue with a pair of shoes that were technically out of warranty. Went on the site and submitted the claim. Less that 5 minutes later I get an email with the tracking number for a new pair to replace them. I love when stuff just gets handled. Very rare!

Ordered a T-shirt and after I paid I realised they had added a £6 shipping protection fee. probably a box I hadn't unchecked. so added to the £5 shipping thats £11 so far The t-shirt was tight so I wanted to exchange it, but you can't exchange if you not in the US so you have to re-order, thats another £5 shipping. You can send back using their Pre-paid shipping label but be warned that pre-paid shipping label will cost you £12 by way of them taking £12 off your returned item refund. So for a T-shirt that costs £23.10 it will eventually cost £28 in shipping. I'll just keep the one that doesn't fit and use it to wash the car.
