The best customer service. The products are top and thats clear , they may be a bit expensive vs other but they last, i bought shoes and appareal and never had any issue and last for years.. on top of that whenever you have a question or a problem their customer service always goes over and beyond. Top company with top people

Ordered two pair shoes. One pair, the right shoe was not glued down. Tried to get No Bull to exchange but they would not because I couldn't find the order number - couldn't remember which email I used and they could not look it up any other way. Very disappointed they don't stand behind their product and that they were willing to try looking up by my phone number.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Ordered several pairs of shoes for me and wife. Just had my first pair of shoes that the sole was coming apart. Everything from reporting the issues all the way to getting a new pair shipped was under 24 hours. Definitely impressed with how fast the process was.

Shipping and service was great, actual fit of the shoe ( at least the one I ordered) way smaller than my normal size. Wanted the shoes for a trip, so had to send back and buy different brand locally. Refund has been started but not received yet. But that’s typical

Have been a long time top tier customer, but their customer service, especially chat, is terrible and super frustrating. Making it worse is their lack of transparency on promotions and ability to use rewards earned, especially as they have increased prices so dramatically. You can't get away with stuff like this if you want to keep loyal customers. back to Nike for sure

I recently had a warranty claim with NoBull. Customer service got back to me right away, and they were very helpful and friendly. Additionally, my warranty claim was honoured and a replacement was sent without delay. Great service!
