Great shoes and great support team

Love their products, they hold up so well and for so long. Have had the same pair of gym shoes for close to three years and I lift daily in them. Customer service has been great and I won’t buy another brand of lifting shoes! The ship quickly and handily promptly any issues.

Had an issue with trainers with slight tear after 7 months of hard training. Trainers replaced immediately Amazing service, Great company highly recommended

Mark, Janmar and Jett have been amazing when dealing with my request. They have been very attentive and understanding and have raised the bar. I wish all companies client support were half as good as Nobull. They allowed me to return an old order with no fuss and with a level of care and kindness that you simply do not find anywhere else. I have been a Nobull customer since 2019 and not only they have the best apparel for training but their support agents are second to none. Well done Nobull, keep raising the bar each day and making the best products out there. P.S: I wish they had a distribution center in the UK as they used to have as tariffs and delivery times from USA are a pain.

I had always admired my friend NOBULL shoes. They were fashionable and durable. For my birthday I received a gift card. The purchasing of the shoes was easy and seamless. The delivery was quick and I was very happy with the products once they arrived. I got so many compliments on the shoes. Because of the environment I workout in… (Palm Springs) running in the desert area and throbs and things. They began to rip. I contacted their warranty dept. and the claim process was so quick. I got a response within an hour to move forward and get a solid replacement. I can’t say enough good things about this company. And everything they stand for. The customer is absolutely number one in their eyes - and as a result it makes me very proud to rep their brand and spread the word about the company. So grateful to have found a company that ACTUALLY cares about the customer.

I had an issue with my order after my package was lost in the mail, and I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received from NOBULL. Their team responded to my emails incredibly quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and immediately sent out a replacement order without any hassle. It's refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind its customers. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to make things right exceeded my expectations. Not only do they make great products, but their customer service is absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend NOBULL and will definitely continue to be a loyal customer!

I returned items that were too large by dropping off at FedEx. FedEx delivered them back to me a week later. I contacted NoBull customer service & explained. They solved the problem immediately. As a customer for a few years I have always found NoBull to be responsive. The products offered are of excellent quality.
