Don't order from the UK from their website. You'll be sold a US size trainer, despite the price being shown in pounds. The conformation email will also not say if they will be in UK or US sizing. You'll then have to pay for the return.

After paying £40 to send the wrong size shoes back that I ordered their from confusing website, I still haven’t received a refund and they’ve had the shoes back for a month now. Still emailing back and forth no help. I love the shoes but I won’t be ordering from them again. Disappointing a big company like theirs has a terrible customer service.

You have to sign up to a newsletter to even enter the site. It is very expensive. I ordered over two weeks ago and still haven't got my order. I've tracked my order and it's been sent to Sweden first (my country), then in the wrong direction to Denmark and then back to Sweden again. I'm starting to lose hope that I ever will get my stuff. Overall it is NOT WORTH IT ordering from NOBULL. After all this I will never order from here again even if the clothes is amazing when (if) I get them.

Website very unclear, I ordered trainers on the UK site yet for some reason the sizes are US sizes. This is a huge flaw in there website and it isn’t mobile optimised as it’s unclear that the size is US. The customer service team are useless and rude, now I have to pay 30 pounds to post it back. I will never shop here again, I don’t recommend anyone to shop here too

Bought shorts for Christmas present I always got him medium but when he tried them on they were too small. Had to give him the receipt to return them and had to pay for returns not much of a present from me. Never buy anything again from abroad.

Very unclear website with regards to size. Shows pricing in GBP and then shows sizes are US very small after not initially showing. Having to pay an extortionate returns fee. Awful customer service, only wish I'd seen before.

I made a purchase on Nov 30th at midnight. I had a size 8 reserved and paid. A few days later a few crossfit friends bought same holiday collection shoe. They received theirs within 5 days. Shipped same day of purchase. I contacted nobull. They said any order with two or more items are placed on hold 🤔 but not too worry I will get my size 8 I ordered. Couple days went by and website said there were only 3 left, so I purchased a pair again but without my clothing. They shipped it to me same day, BUT my other order which is 300.00 still hasn't shipped. I did a chat with Steven who is a complete idiot. He said that the shoe is sold out and they may get more. If they do they will send my order. So I asked why they sold the shoes for a week after I bought mine. He had no answer. Why was I screwed for buying alot of items. He said thats just the way it is. Im so happy I ordered a second pair. Ill be returning my first ordered of 300.00 once they send it. They won't even let me cancel! I also have another pair I bought before holiday collection and I'll be returning those. They just lost 500.00 for no reason other then not caring for a customer. I screen shot full conversation too. Nobull are jerks!
