The product is fine but overpriced and a little light weight but the real gripe is that if the size isn’t right or the order is wrong you have to pay shipping to return yours and receive the pair you wanted, no matter whose error

Wrong shoe size and now I have to pay to change size? Im Canadian, wish i had read trust pilot before I bought these cheap plastic shoes. Disgusting.

Great shoes, perfect fit, prompt delivery. I’m really happy I have found this brand. Definitely will be buying more from them.

OMG this might be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Sending the wrong size shoe then telling me I have to pay for a return! If you are from the UK and ordered with them make a complaint to econsumer. Gov who investigate issues with international companies you order from! The more of us who complain the more chance of them being investigated!! DONT let them get away with it!

Wrongly charged for wrong shoes. Similar to others below I ordered via website a UK size 10 pair of shoes. Once paid I received an email saying delivery would be delayed. In the next few days I came across trustpilot reviews therefore I quickly emailed NoBull to immediately cancel my order and refund based off others experience. My shoes had not yet been dispatched, however a day after my email, the shoes suddenly were en route. NoBull then confirmed after several emails that they had sent US size 10 shoes and that I would incur a charge for returning the shoes despite issues remaining at NoBull's end. It's a shame, as it they have very nice looking product. However, the reviews on trustpilot do not match the >5000 reviews on their webiste.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Everything on the site converts to uk metrics, including currency except shoe size. Had to pay to send them back for £26. Looking at other reviews I can’t believe they haven’t addressed this yet. Shocking.

Ordered some trainers - they sent the US size. They convert everything online from US to UK metrics bar the shoe size. They refuse to accept their role in this and I've just paid £30 for the pleasure of returning shoes that don't fit.
