I placed my order over 10 days ago. I have been following the tracking and as soon as it arrived in the UK the tracking stopped. I then received an update from DHL that it had been delivered. My order has not arrived and trying to get hold of any one at No Bull is a joke. Having now read multiple reviews online I'm really concerned and wish I hadn't bought from them. The 2 pairs of leggings I bought are extremely pricey so to not recieve them and not be able to contact other than email I think its an absolute disgrace. Do not use No Bull!!

Day 8 and still waiting for the tracking number to show up to track or they gave me a bad tracking number. Hope I see it for the Holidays 2020.

I Spent 184 Eur overall and got back 117 Eur after half of year of email exchanges STAY AWAY FROM THEM //////////////////////////////////// Full story On March 17 ordered a pair of sneakers, paid $161 for shoes and delivery (was 144 Euros on my side) On April 1 came to my work address via DHL with unexplainable extra charge for delivery of 46 EUR MORE (above pre paid delivery that was prepaid in the order), so it was denied at my work postal office, me not even being aware. NOBULL insisted on no delivery due to my absence. When I investigated and showed them the screenshot of that unexplainable surcharge and asked for explanations, ignored it. Took me 2 months of email exchanges. to re-route it to my home address, delivered on May 25Wrong size, I ask how to return - they dont provide no solution, tell my to surch myself, has to be with a trekking number, promise in writing to later n re-imburse it. I find one, warn them about the price, reconfirmed once more it will be paid back along with full price i paid (161usd) On July 15th paid 40 Eur for a delivery back, as instructed in writing by this vendor, with written promise to reimburse thisOnce I pid they started telling me they only will payback 161 usd once they see it back in their warehouse. Kept asking through Aug-Nov if they received the shoes, they replied - not in our warehouse. Investigated myself through postal office, have a prove they received it on Sept 9th, lied for 2 months they don't know where they are. Once showed them the prove on NOV7th, paid me back - once more less than they promised themselves in writing, this time 135 usd. On Nov 9th received 117 Eur back, with apologies for inconvenience. I openly told them, will make this story public, this was ignored. All that is in writing between me and their clientcare email, can gladly share with anyone interested

Nobull shipped me the wrong size of shoes and then charges to pay the return because it was an international order

Had to return 3 tops at my expense, due to not been good enough for the money you pay. 3 tops cost me $167 Australian and $22 to ship back USA not happy with the quality or the cost.

Poor quality product and nonexistent support. I had my shoes for only a handful of months. I didn't even wear them to workout and since I wore them more for 'casual' wear and Covid had me homebound they were worn minimally. But in that short time they've torn in 2 locations to be unwearable. Only attributable to poor quality and QA and bringing this to support has only created unhelpful follow up and delays. Doesn't seem to be a care for even pedestrian level support let alone making right an obvious issue with their product.

Love the trainers ! Only problem is that they ship from USA and the price goes up fast if you live in Europe.

EXCELLENT quality sneakers from a really sustainable and personable brand. I’ve supported no bull from the beginning and have maybe 10 pairs now. Will definitely be returning on their next drop. Quality is what you would expect for the price point. Some things could be better, and I wish the logo was smaller. Otherwise I would be completely content with all the designs they have available. Customer service responds FAST too. Please add pay later options.
