Wrong shoe size. They convert the cost on the website to GBP but don't convert the shoe size to the UK. I'm appalled with the customer service. When I emailed customer services they just told me I have received what I ordered. I had to repeatedly ask how to return the shoes, which I've had to pay the delivery for. They should not be allowed to sell in the UK.

I can't understand all the negative reviews - I have made 4 orders in the last month and all of the products have been top quality with ok despatch times. It was not so long ago that if you ordered anything from the US it would get stuck in customs and you would have to pay import fees but that is all taken care of now. The one mistake I made was ordering a pair of trainers in US 10.5 thinking it was UK 10.5 but luckily, due to a generous fit they are ok. Glad I did not have to return to the US as it would obviously be expensive. I have since learned that there is a UK website selling NO BULL - WIT-Fitness. They look like the offical UK seller. They do not have the full range of stock but there is plenty to choose from. My wife and I are happy with everything we have ordered so far and continue to use the US NO BULL site for items not available on WIT in the UK. Great experience so far, great quality and looks good.

Nobull are thieves. Hear me out, If you pay extra for fast shipping BUT they send you the wrong order like totally different shoe and size. And then after you send it back they send you the correct product but downgrade the shipping you originally paid for.... is that good customer service???

Bestel geen spullen bij deze jongens. Nobull sucks. Het geld is zo van je rekening maar het leveren van het product is niet gelukt: DHL levert niet aan de deur en ze weigeren het pakket over te geven aan PostNL. Er wordt niet gerefund. Heel slecht.

I have been a loyal customer and bought 3 pairs before. I Bought from what looked like a U.K. website. Sizing was totally wrong ordered U.K. 9 and got US 9. Had to pay €36 to send back. The customer service responds like Bots. So much for one of our rockstars will respond. You are total BULL. Don’t buy from them.

Very disappointing experience. The shoes were hard on the ground with no sense of absorption. The size was unusually tight. They look cheap and by comparison are no better than a cheap pair of walking shoes/ trainers. A lesson learned. All that glitters is not gold or no bull!!!!

Outrageous- if you’re buying from the UK note it takes 2 weeks for shipping if you’re lucky and if you need to return (wrong size, quality, whatever the reason) it costs £30+ out of your own pocket to return! They shouldn’t be allowed to sell in the British currency pretending as if they’re selling their products from within the UK. Very misleading website. Stay clear! Update: I paid £190 for two items and when I returned these (out of my own pocket) I only received £150 back! They show sterling pound prices and then return in $ equivalent. Outrageous scamming practices. This brand doesn’t live up to its values at all.

The website shows all these cool colors THAT THEY NEVER HAVE IN STOCK and haven't for MONTHS! They probably never will make them again but THEY FLAT OUT LIE to their customers and say they are coming back in stock! They aren't!! Go try to buy ANY pair of blue sneakers, orange, yellow, etc. They stock like the 15 most popular colors (bc you are FORCED to buy them bc no colors are ever in stock) and that's it!! Companies that lie to me as a consumer I NEVER support again! Note to NOBULLPROJECT - Your customers ARE YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Without them, you don't exist!! Oh but if you want white or grey sneakers, they are great. Just don't expect them to ever stock 75% of the sneakers they PRETEND they sell. They sold them once. Never again. Oh but they will make Cherry Blossom designs and floral designs but not BLUE!! Go figure! Idiotic!!! Oh and another remarkable misstep by No Bull is their clothing line. They are a FITNESS/CROSSFIT brand that sells nothing but 7" to 9" shorts! Someone PLEASE tell me what fitness company is selling 9" shorts?? Is that BELOW the knee?? What is God's name is a fitness company selling 9" shorts for?? Fit people HAVE LEGS...THAT THEY ARE NOT HIDING!! 5"or 6" is what you should sell. 7" and 9" is down right embarrassing!!! To sum up....No Bull COULD be a stellar company (nice sneakers, well made, good price) but whoever is making the product decisions is abysmal!! "Let's make, market and push CHERRY BLOSSOM sneakers instead of restocking our BLUE sneakers" FIRE whoever made that decision!! SMH
