Phenomenal company. Had a defect with a pair of shoes so I emailed customer service and within 1 hour I had a new product being shipped to me. I love the shoes and was very happy to see that the brand operates at such a high level in all realms of the business! Highly highly recommend!

No Bull has really stylish shoes. One of my shoes had a defect with the eyelet that holds the shoelace and no bull replaced it very promptly. The provide great, quick customer service.

I LOVE NOBULL shoes. And on sale? Get outta here! Customer service was responsive and solved my issue immediately, when the delivery company entrusted to deliver failed on their part.

There was an issue with my order once it arrived. I was unable to fix the problem, so I contacted customer service to report the problem and see what they could do about it. Customer service replied almost immediately (on a Sunday) and reviewed my claim. Within no time at all, I received an email stating that the problem was being handled and a new item being shipped. Within all that said, the Shoes I got are exactly what was advertised and are exceptional.the other item is a hat, and they are sending a replacement. Great Company!

Customer service seems to be a constant problem if you run into an issue with your sneakers and/or apparel. There's no phone number to call, just email, and my recent experience was, like previous ones, an exercise in patience and perseverance. You have to email constantly to get someone to answer you. Also - and it saddens me to say this - the quality on their sneakers has gone downhill. The sizing is odd, and the sneakers don't last that long. My last pair, the soles started coming apart after 6 or so months. Nike stands behind their sneakers, which is why I'll be going back to them.

I have been a customer of Public Rec for many years and very satisfied. I placed an order for the pants I always get that were on sale for $70.00 I got an email ad yesterday that the same pants are now $50.00. I requested a $20.00 credit for each pair(I purchased 2 pair) and I was told they do not modify the price on an order. I asked for a return authorization and was told that it was not eligible for a return! Needless to say I will never do business with this company again. In viewing customer satisfaction ratings..43% are 1 star. I am adding to that rating! Fool me once shame on you..fool me twice shame on me. There will not be a second time!
