This is honestly a level of customer service I’m not used to experiencing. NOBULL took full responsibility for the issue and showed a genuine desire to help and make things right, without making the process difficult or inconvenient for me as a customer. Apple was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Instead of looking for reasons why something couldn’t be done, she simply focused on finding the best solution for me. This experience has genuinely increased my trust in NOBULL as a brand. Products can sometimes have issues — what really matters is how a company responds when they do. NOBULL handled this exceptionally well. Outstanding customer service. Thank you, Apple and NOBULL!

I was very impressed how quick the company responded to my issue. They communicated very well on steps they are taking to resolve my issue. I was ecstatic on the result and very greatful. Ordering is easy but they screw you with any rewards that you want to redeem. Reverting items to original price rather than the sale price advertised with the redemption of points. Also their shipping is horrid. I am in Canada and there is literally ZERO communication about shipping. No tracking, no ETA nothing. Just randomly appears on your doorstep 3-5 weeks later like a stray cat. The shoes are comfortable but I wouldn't say they are the most durable products out there. All in all tho I keep returning.

Yesterday,9/15/26, NOBULL was having a sale for shoes for $99. I put 3 pair of shoes into my cart and then waiting until the evening to let my wife add some shoes. Later that evening she added shoes that were not on sale so I tried to use the 25% off welcome code I was given and it made all the shoes regular price. I cleared my cart and then we decided just to buy the 2 shoes that I had that were on sale and remove the rest. I added the shoes to my cart and then went to pay. When I went to the payment screen the price jumped from $99 each to $170 each. I tried this multiple times and it continued to jump up. This did not leave good impression on a company I was originally trying to buy $600 of shoes from. We decided not to get anything.

Reaching out to customer service was easy. I received a quick response. They went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved.
