I highly recommend shopping at Nobull. Specifically, their shoes are comfortable, are true to size, and built for any sort of activity. I wear mine every day. My pair did end up wearing a little even before a full year of having them, but the customer service was fantastic. I was able to receive a new pair for free with free shipping.

I really can't find any problems with this company or their products. Unfortunately, I had to return 2 out of 3 items - the sneakers were just not supportive enough for me and the jacket was on the smaller size (I ordered a large, it was just too small) but really nice material!! I kept the leggings- so comfortable!! Returning the products has been an easy seamless and non-stressful process. Fredric, was fast to answer my emails and helpful throughout the return process. I plan to purchase additional leggings- they are great!

My shoes started having issues so I filled out a warranty claim. Within just a few hours I had had a few back and forths with Liezel and have a replacement pair on the way. This response came way faster than I expected, and I am really glad that I will have good shoes to train in that won't fall apart.

Macy went above and beyond to take care of my issue and i will tell you this company is no BS for sure!!!!! I was not expecting anything from No Bull to fix my issue as it was the package delivery entity that made a mistake. My shoes were left on the outside of my building’s secure package room. This is my first order with No Bull and i was excited to receive notice that my package arrived. However, my heart sank when i saw a picture from the carrier outside of my package room! Sure enough, it was gone by the time i got downstairs. Macy handled this like a Tom Brady champ, got me a new set to ship immediately. What a G.O.A.T. Company righting a wrong that is not their responsibility. I will deal with No Bull moving forward knowing that they truly care about their customers satisfaction.

Overall, NOBULL regular customer service is very disappointing as they utilize A.I. chat and uninformed staff. However, they have a WORLD CLASS rep in Jenel - she took the time to diagnose a problem with THEIR website, and pricing. She quickly offered a solution, that worked, and I was able to purchase again. I am a long time Public Rec customer - and was ready to completely disregard any future business over this - but Jenel, thru pure customer service skills, saved the day!!! I love the products, hated the service but Jenel is a rock star!!
