Dishonest company. Ordered 3 by 2 inch patches and they sent 1 by 3 inch. Would not accept returns. They use a "catch all" with proportionate size being the overall deciding factor. I was never contacted to ensure i was okay with the size difference. Horrible customer service. Take your business else where.

Terrible. Took a month to get to me and I couldn't get a straight answer on why after following up multiple times. Once the patches finally arrived I was so disappointed in how they turned out. They changed elements of my design and totally missed other details. Tried reaching out to see if they would make it right and they refused. Offered a measly 30%. Low quality product produced by thieves. STAY AWAY. Also adding the "brandon" that replied never got back to me when I emailed them upon their request. They don't care about you. Again. Good riddance. Check out Lonestar Adhesive or Stahls if you want a reliable company with integrity.
