Ninja PatchesReviews of ninjapatches.com

Five stars - The customer service in the chat was exceptional, and the agent went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied! Will definitely be placing another order soon!

Our first order had flaws in the stitching that were disappointing, and we didn't feel great about sharing this product with our community. Upon contacting customer service and a few emails back and forth, they agreed to redo the order. The new patches look GREAT and meet all of our expectations. Glad that we ordered early and were not strapped for time to get them redone.

Cristalyn helped me out with adding my newly created account to my old transaction. Fast and effective.

Great service. Advice: Order the better stuff. Got what I asked for. Should have spend a few more cents to get what I actually wanted - a better patch. Cheap is not always better. My fault. Great price though!

Representative was very helpful with my reorder and answered by questions. Great employees at a great company.

After placing my order for patches, Mark communicated with me quickly, within a day, with suggestions for what would work best for my design. After reviewing his suggestions and approving my final order he quickly sent my order processing and updated my invoice. Great communication and speedy processing. My patches look great. I look forward to ordering more items in the future.
