I ordered a necklace which was supposed to be a letter Sheen ش for my wife. The picture on the checkout appeared to be Sheen however you actually have to select the letter itself. Unfortunately, it defaults to ا (Alif) and my opinion is that it should NOT default to anything but the buyer should be prompted to actually select a letter of his/her choice. In this regard, I missed out on the perfect gift I was to give my wife on Eid day although the order was placed a month in advance. Nimah could have resolved much quicker but did not. Out of frustration I requested for a refund which I got.

I ordered in Ramadan a personalised necklace which was going to take the time frame to make. I was in contact via email and constant correspondence. I love my necklace this is the second necklace I have had made. Every body is so polite and helpful I recommend this company!!!

I have purchased 2 items from Nimah and have been very impressed with the quality and finish with each item. The customer service has been brilliant as well, I initially contacted the company regarding a sold out item and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were. I had some concerns with my order, because it was the wrong colour. My E-Mail was immediately responded to, and the costumer service was extraordinarily kind and helped me perfectly with the problem! I've never experienced such a kind response and conversation. My order was shipped within one day and delivered within two days (of course this is not always connected to the company, but still it was very pleasant). I love my new necklace.
