Amazing service and products. I absolutely adore their necklaces and the 3x bracelet. Keep buying as gifts and each recipient loves the items received. I also love how they have updated to the red pouches, so chic and perfect to for gifting.

Such an amazing necklace. I bought this for my wife and she loves it so much. She always wears it and she often fiddles around with her necklace a lot. It is a good material and has a really nice aesthetic. The customer service is amazing and they answered all questions and were extremely polite. After this I decided to buy more and purchased the happiness bracelet which she loves just as much as the necklace.

Please save your money and don’t buy from Nimah. I ordered and paid for a necklace and then was told it was out of stock. Someone emailed to ask if I wanted something else or a refund and I asked for a refund. I haven’t heard back from them and nor have I got a refund.

Do not buy custom jewelry. Bought a bracelet a month later they asked me if I wanted it in Arabic I said that’s fine . - and then after 2 weeks I still didn’t receive it so I emailed and they said it got delivered it didn’t I asked them for tracking details 3 times and they didn’t respond

Hi Sun dus, Sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Personalized jewellery takes up to 4 weeks for us to handcraft the item, we only start after you have confirmed the Arabic spelling we have emailed you. After that, it is shipped with a Tracked next day service. - I just tried to find your name in our orders and emails but I cannot find anything under the name Sun Dus? Could you provide us with an order number or Email and advise if you ordered it on our UK store or European store?

Amazing Quality, the jewellery is so uniques and you can tell that all the pieces have been packaged with a lot of care. The luxury packaging and small details all give the jewellery a high end feel. I have a wide range of their jewellery including rings, bracelets and necklaces all which have lasted beautifully and i get asked about regularly. I would definitely recommend getting your jewellery from here for classic yet unique pieces.

Really pleased with the service at Nimah. I ordered a necklace the day before Eid and they sent it out immediately .. it actually arrived on Eid day and so I was able to gift it to my sister. I have always loved Nimah jewellery and have many pieces already - the quality of jewellery is great and I always get compliments. I will definitely be buying more from them in the future. Perhaps you could use a different browser or delete your cookies before trying to place an order?
