I got a bracelet as a gift and loved it so much I ordered many more to give as gifts myself. The customer service on Instagram was responsive and we managed to get my order (internationally shipped) within 3 days! And the bracelet I had from before is in perfect condition I even shower with it and no tarnish. :)

I ordered based on the reviews on their website, which must be paid reviews. Ordered over a week ago and no update, yet they charge £4.99 for postage! And website says dispatched in 24 hours. They ignore emails too.i should have ordered from elsewhere

I have received my beautiful necklace however, it is not real 18k gold washed. As I am allergic to and felt immidiatly. And there is als no marking on the necklace. I have emailed them but they don't replied to me.

I am not happy with the service provided. I ordered two small size bangles and received medium size. Emailed them and they are ignoring my email. Requested to return the items and get full refund. They have not replied my email. If I had a 0 rating to choose I would have given them. I will not shop again. Please be aware while ordering.

I just received my Arabic name necklace and I absolutely love it! The packaging alone is gorgeous and the necklace is such good quality - I knew it was going to be a beautiful necklace but it went even beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend!
