Been trying to call in and ask questions and buy a thermal scope. But no one ever calls back. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went by the positive experience of a friend to buy a pretty expensive unit from this company/person. I spoke with him and was pretty underwhelmed in both knowledge and price, but my friend assured me that it was worthwhile for his ‘customer service’. He threw in overnight shipping, and long story short there was a ‘labeling issue’ which means he gets that shipping money back and i get to wait until after i needed the device. When i emailed, he essentially sent a ‘you’re out of luck’ one-liner email. No follow up on the expensive package I’ve yet to receive, nothing. That’s just plain awful and would highly recommend shopping elsewhere - especially if you’re a municipality in a bid award situation.

Mr. Felix Teper guided me thoroughly on my purchase and made it easy. He went above and beyond plus he was very patient. You can't go wrong with their customer service. Thanks Mr. Teper and Night Vision Guys.

I am a NH Gunsmith and hunter called them on the phone for info on thermal we are getting tired of IR with digital ect. looking into thermal units I spoke with Felix and was far from impressed with his ability or non willingness to inform a potential customer ..very much had the dont bother me attitude .... I dont get it if you dont like what your doing then don't do it !!

Would like to thank the Night Vision Guys for correcting the issue. I finally received a phone call from them and an email with tracking info. Thanks for all of your help, and looking forward to getting my scope tomorrow! Thanks again!

I recently purchased a Thermal scope from NVG. One of their competitors was offering the same scope, however @an 11% off sale and had a free bundle with an extra battery and a QD mount with the scope. I inquired with NVG about matching this offer, which they stated they could. However, I received the scope...but never received the bundle including the extra battery and QD mount. Subsequent, emails and calls went unanswered. They are also very hard to get a hold of. Did not hold up there agreement with me. Disappointing! Update....Upon an hour after posting the initial review...Chris with NVG spoke with me and made things right...sending me the bundle. He related NVG never getting my email. Bottom line, he made it right...changing my review to 5 stars

I had a question about the n.v. monocular. The low price had me concerned. I messaged them on Instagram. To my surprise they actually responded and carried on a lengthy conversation. Making sure what I was looking for. And if it would suit. Wouldn't hesitate to buy the $5k scope from these folks! Awesome company
