After several attempted calls with no call back. I was finally able to get Felix who I highly recommend asking for. He went out of his way to help me with questions and tracking information. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. I have not had a chance to to use my mememisis x6 HD yet but I will update. THANKS

Very good company to work with, shipped my thermal overnight which was nice. Felix was very patient with me, even though I hounded him a lot lol. Felix was very prompt at returning my e-mails. The only reason I gave them a 4 and not a 5 is because they never answer the phone and I hate corresponding via e-mail, but thats just me. I would highly recommend them and look forward to doing business with them again.

I have amended this review. Felix called me after a negative experience with Night Vision Guys. He went above and beyond to make it right. I truly appreciate his effort. I will use this company again and again. I will also make sure other people know they can trust Night Vision Guys. Would not hesitate to reccomend them to anyone.

THese guys are the best!! The Pulsar Thermal Scopes and Monoculars are amazing, and the service I have received from Felix and the rest of the team has been outstanding. I have purchase two scopes and a monocular and will continue to purchase from them!

I had ordered a thermal monocular for export (zone 0) which was advertised to be shipped within 24 hours, I waited for a week before contacting the seller, I've been told that there is an issue with the forms required for the item to ship. I checked the forms multiple times and resent them just to get the same response. After a while the seller responded by saying "sorry it takes a lot of time to ship this to canada" I asked for a clarification and was met with silence. Later I got contacted again and told that the issue is again within the required documents (export compliance for said item) I filled the form - this time after the seller pointed out the "problems" and sent it back. After another week of communication attempts from my side I've been told that the item would ship "tomorrow". This never happened and any attempts to reach the seller in the following week were met with silence. with the approaching end of my PayPal buyers protection (and after multiple requests to get a refund that were met with promises that the item would ship soon. which I forgot to mention before) I decided to resolve the problem with PayPal and opened a dispute. After 7 days of the seller failing to respond to PayPal I was automatically refunded. This is my experience with nightvisionguys, I don't know if in my case the problematic part was the exportation of the product after all I tried to ship to Canada not Iraq. I would not advise anyone to try and export anything via this site despite there being a tab dedicated to export of products.

Absolutely top notch customer service! I ordered a Vortex scope that the manufacturer had discontinued and they went out of there way to help me find another. I highly recommend shopping at nightvisionguys.com. I will be a repeat customer.
