Night Vision GuysReviews of nightvisionguys.com

Questions about products were answered quickly. Very professional staff. Item was shipped quickly, even during covid-19 and item was tracked every step of the way. Upon receipt of item and inboxing I found that all items in the package were present and new. Night vision goggles had its test sheet. Test sheet results were commensurate with what I saw in the goggle image. Goggles were better than I expected them to be. I will absolutely do business with Night Vision Guys again!

Easily found what I was looking for, and it was in stock at a great price.

Ordered battery pack for my thermal unit.

Much easier navigating your website than Opticsplanet. Better prices too.

Being new to the Night Vision Game, Night Vision Guys were a huge help. The selection was absolutely awesome and their customer service was the best I have ever received from ANY company. They answered all of my questions (I probably asked about 100) and helped me make the best decision for my needs and price range. I am confident that the item I ultimately chose will work well for me in my law enforcement career! I hands down would recommend NVG to everyone, rather novice or experienced!

In my experience NVG offered the widest selection, most knowledge, and best competitive pricing I was able to find. Despite the turmoil this pandemic is causing I received my optic one week after ordering it. Thank you gents..! There’s been a few comments about delays with communication; for me, It took them a couple of days to respond, which is understandable given the modifications they are having to work with. Once I heard from them they stated their actions and immediately followed through in shipping my optic (which arrived two days later). This is a reputable business run by reputable people who truly care about the client experience. They are doing their absolute best given the conditions around them and they’ve earned my business moving forward; perhaps more importantly they’ve earned my trust. Dave Leander Texas April 2020
