Order process is quick and easy

I was looking for specific thermal scope. Night Vision Guys had the model I was looking for. Customer Service was A+++, they upgraded my shipping in order to get me the product much sooner than expected.

Recieved my order on Friday. Charged everything up. Did the firm ware update on the ATN 4k pro. The ATN ir850 pro I ordered did not work. I tried everything. I contacted NVG on Monday. Had a response that night. Tuesday I was told they had contacted ATN and a new light was on the way. Not just on the way but overnighted. Felix was awsome and very helpful. NVG and ATN will defanetly be my go to when I get ready for a thermal. Two thumbs up for both company's.

Love my scope they are a great company will buy again.

Night Vision Guys is a top quality company, my questions were responded to quicker than any other gear company I have used. I have no doubt that they will try to get you any answer to your questions as soon as they can and they are a personalized company that doesn't give you the impression they have some random off sight person giving information they barely know about. The product was better than expected and have absolutely no regrets ordering it and definitely no regrets ordering from this company. I will order from them again!! Nick

So I had to think about the rating I wanted to give for a bit. I placed my order back on March 25 and completed the export forum the same day, the status never changed and I was given no notice that 2 of my orders were on backorder, I sent multiple emails and left and few voice messages, and only heard back from them when I asked about issues with my order because I paid with a Visa, all the email said is I was not affected but didnt answer when my order will ship. I wasnt until a few days ago I called right at 9am and finally got ahold of Felix. He told me my eotech was on backorder, so I picked a different model in stock, I was told the rest of my order was in stock and able to ship in the next few days. Today I got an email saying that the binoculars I ordered were on backorder as well and if I wanted to pick a different model or just wait. I chose to wait for them to come into stock and to push the order forward. Within less then 5 min of emailing, my order was shipped with upgraded overnight delivery, sent, and I was given a receipt saying that the binoculars will ship in 2 to 3 weeks. I was not pleased that I seem to have fallen through the cracks and I was never contacted about these issues in any way, BUT I am very pleased with the customer service once I was able to get ahold of someone, and that is the reason for the 3 star rating. I'll update this when I get the binoculars
