I tried to purchase an ATN product that ATN said would be available by 12/07/2020 but ATN failed again. This is not the first time ATN has let me down. The people at Night Vision Guys were great to work with and offered many solutions, however I chose to just get a refund for the time being. Highly recommend Night Vision Guys to work with on your Optics.

Awesome customer service. Placed an order on a new hogster r 35mm. Checked the status of when it will ship and found out it won't be shipped til end of next week!!! I emailed them about a hunt I had planned for next weekend and they upgraded to next day air!!! Hopefully my thermal comes in on time so I can put in some work!!! Hogs are taking over.

Awesome folks to work with. I needed a night vision scope for an upcoming trip and usually order through a major online store. Due to the current run on all things gun related, I wasn't able to connect with a human at the major retailer. I needed this scope by a certain date, and it was approaching fast. After calling Night Vision Guys (and speaking with a real person), they confirmed that my scope was in stock and would arrive in time. Great guys to work with, reasonable prices, and you can actually deal with a person to get answers.

TERRIBLE customer service. My order was missing most of the parts listed on their site as included. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls or emails. Stay away from this place. They are not reputable. UPDATE: After not receiving many of the parts for my original order I was finally (several days and multiple emails and phone calls later) contacted by Felix who was very pleasant and apologetic. He said he would send my items right out and eventually did three days later. Regrettably, several items were still missing. I reached back out out to Felix who replied and asked what was missing. I replied to him and have heard nothing...for several weeks! I paid an extra $100 for fast delivery and nearly a month later still don't have my products! Too bad these guys just can't seem to pull it together. I am only missing a few small parts, but they are massively important to the function of my sighting unit. Needless to say, I am not impressed.

**Update**Felix reached out to me very quickly to apologize. I really appreciate that. It shows that they do care about their customers. He explained that they have to manually remove all products that are out of stock and this one slipped through the cracks. Although I am still bummed, I understand mistakes can happen. Very disappointed. Had been searching for a leupold rifleman 4-12x40 for some time. was waiting to purchase a rifle to go with it until i found it. Was very excited to find it "in stock" with Night Vision Guys. I was able to complete the purchase and received an order number. I immediately went to a different site to purchase the rifle i wanted to go with that scope. then about an hour later I received an email stating that a refund had been issued with this statement: "Unfortunately, we are not able to get this unit at this time." Then why was i able to complete the purchase? Why was this item still listed as in stock?!?!
