Response from Night Vision GuysMar 16, 2022
I wish @trustpilot had an ability to upload documentation/proof. The order was placed on 03/06 (Sunday) and shipped on 03/10. Our website indicates that there is a 3-5 business day for processing time. We shipped within the window and as a courtesy we shipped it OVERNIGHT at NO CHARGE when the order was placed with GROUND. Shawn if you see this message, we have tried calling you and sending an email as well explaining this. @trustpilot you guys need to step up your game and allow for companies to allow for screen shots or attachments to show proof that we did our part. We do not deserve such a poor rating!!!
