Felix didn't answer my phone call, because they were closed at the time (east coast to west coast time difference) HE TEXTED ME IMMEDIATELY!!! price matched for me and called me up to process the transaction... If that isn't customer service I don't know what is. This all happened today. I think he even upgraded my shipping to 3rd day. I am so glad I purchased my scope from NVG I was skeptical because of the special add on you advertised The hand held thermal was a great add for only $100. They advertised they would deliver on a certain date and they did. They also kept me informed of the delivery. Both were great products. Love them.
