The response time is Exceptional!! Had prompt replies and even received phone calls. I could have bought the thermal anywhere but the service here rocks!! Order shipping out same day! I will refer you to my friends. Awesome service!!! Financing through two companies, why put off your purchase??

Hardly any defects in tube, you have to really try hard to see anything wrong with it. They even upgraded my shipping to next day. Great customer service. I whole heartedly recommend this business!

Our apologies, but with all due respect, you can't blame our company for FedEx's prices, can you? Our system is tied in to Fedex so everything is based on weight, dimensions, location, signature required, etc.
