We were treated like family from start to finish by James and Lincoln and whomever I didn't get the names of. I believe they all went above and beyond what I had expected. Recommending Next Stop Relocation will not be a problem for us... we will tell all friends, neighbors and even strangers we bump into that are in need of help to move.

The Sell was good, but the execution wasn't.
We set up the move with Mark that worked with us very well. Once he was out of the picture it all went downhill. When our pickup started 2 hours late and we only had one person to move of for half the time, items were not packed properly and dragged and covered with dirt. Upon arrival which was prompt, we had several damaged items that I'm not trying to claim. Most of the damage stems from not being wrapped properly (like no bubble wrap) and couches not being fully wrapped. There were no blankets and thus the hard furniture was damaged as well.

LIARS BEWARE BOOK THEM AND GET ROBBED> IM FIGHTING FOR MY MONEY NOW. STAY AWAY>They do not have trucks. The guy said he needed to charge me a thousand plus dollars to rent a truck for the things on my list. Why would he book my move and take deposit and not have a way to transport it. Then said no refund. I am looking to make a police report. I kept all messages and recordings. Im filing against them for what they did and tried to do to me and my children. Sick people UPDATE TO REPLY.... I was booked for a window of 2-4, your guy showed up after 8pm asking for money for a uhaul for the list before even seeing the stuff. And said he would rent it and come back in the morning. You can say what you like but the truth is the truth. Maybe you should do real honest business so you can have satisfied customers instead of ALL OF US with similar complaints against you smh. I had to hire an HONEST mover to do the move which was done perfectly as advertised, meanwhile i lost flight money etc due to your dishonesty. I wont go back and forth anymore, do better. You may need to pay for a service one day too, and good karma is just that.

We’d like to clarify the situation. We do have our own trucks, and our team was ready to assist with your move as soon as you booked with us—just two days before your moving date. Upon arrival, we noticed that the inventory provided didn’t match the actual items being moved. You had additional items, including a fridge, furniture, and many more boxes that were not listed in your estimate. As a result, we had to charge for the extra CF of space required to accommodate these items.
Our goal was to make your move as smooth as possible, and we worked hard to ensure it was completed on time, despite the short notice. We provided a fair charge for the additional space and items, which you declined to pay for, unfortunately halting the move.
We have documentation, including videos and evidence, showing the discrepancies between the original inventory and what was actually moved. Our priority is always to be transparent and professional, and we regret that this situation led to a misunderstanding.

Was the worst experience I've ever had
Was the worst experience I've ever had. I would not recommend at all. I've tried a number of time to get help to start a claim with no luck. Took 2 days to load, loaders were sick. Let them stay in my house, gave one a coat. Told me they were bringing my stuff to Wisconsin. They left before collecting money. Couldn't figure out how to pay them. On my drive I had to sign contract or they wouldn't bring my stuff to Wisconsin. Another driver came had no help. Stuff was broken and scratches on every thing. Emailed the email they gave me no one responded. So I'm stuck. They also make you sign contract at end before they will open truck and give you your things. And pay them. I would not use them at all.

Choose wisely, buyer beware
1st Mark Edward was professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to size up my load and give a very competitive price.
Hopefully I won't be moving again this lifetime, but if I do, I have his number saved in my contacts. Oh, and yes, if I get asked for any recommendations, I'll be sure to pass his number on.
I change my mind about this company. Disregard what I wrote initially.

Initial Process
I just paid my deposit to Mark for an upcoming move. So far, Mark has been patient and professional. He has been responsive and seems to be extremely knowledgeable. He has lowered my anxiety with this out of state move. I will keep you posted on the actual process. However, SO FAR, SO GOOD 🤗😊
