If I could give a 0 I would probably do it, our move was so much difficult because of their service. Not professional and will treat you and your stuff like it doesn’t matter. Don't know how they have such great reviews... I would encourage anyone looking for a moving company to take a look at the "good reviews" they have and see how they all look the same and profiles seem sketchy. The bad ones seem to come from real people, you can to draw your own conclusions. This is a follow up after my whole experience... I already said we had a really bad experience and to finish this up the customer experience regarding or bad experience was awful. After everything we went through they ask me to reach out, with them saying they were going to try to make things right. They AKNOWLEDGED that what happened was not fair, that our experience was bad and still they won't make things better and won’t take you seriously. It's a pain to go through customer service, that is if they answer at all. Overall bad experience a not professional, they won't take care of your stuff and will treat it like it don't matter, and if won't take care of the customer.

Hired this company to move me 1600 miles charged me $22000. Damaged/ destroyed, lost or stole about $2000 of my stuff. Lost hardware to reassemble half my stuff and hasn't responded to my request to file a claim for compensation.

I've had my share of bad movers over the years. Not the case with these guys. They did everything they said they would. They were honest, reliable, quick and polite. I would use them again.

Very pleased with my move. It took 2 days for my stuff to arrive and all went well. A big thanks to Alex for assisting.

they are full of shit. gives you a quote then when the movers arrive they say you have more stuff then what you told them. They have no inventory list of your items. They didn't pick up my stuff because the wanted more money

This was our first time using a moving company and we couldn't be happier. From the start of getting a quote to the day of the move the team was very communicative. They let me know they day of the time they were going to arrive and arrived on time. They did a walk through of our place before starting. Once they got to work they were awesome. Wrapping all items very well with blankets and plastic wrap. They were very efficient with their time. They were also very friendly. They got all our items loaded in one truck which was awesome. And when they got to our new house, they did another quick walk through to make sure they understood where items were supposed to go. They even put together our bed frames, which was so helpful. While they were moving everything in we would start to unpack boxes, and they were so kind when they would see us going for a box they would help us open it up. Once they were done they reviewed the pricing with us and it was all as quoted, no hidden fees. It was nice that you get a discount if you pay cash.

They were very helpful with my move! Made me feel secure and unstressed throughout the entire process!
