Love the rings I purchased! Well made, pretty, and wears exceptionally.

I ordered about a day after I had ordered my first purchase and certainly would have liked to take advantage of the 30% off option but,was accorded the 10% for one purchase. June 22,2025.

My earrings HAVE NOT ARRIVED!

I love the quality of the jewelry, however, I had a small problem with 2 sets of earrings I ordered: they were packed so tightly that the posts were bent.

Took forever to get my « in stock » order (3wks)…fyi it ships from China, despite the Oregon address. Bought rectangle multi-sapphires earrings & necklace in yellow gold tone (over silver)….both were TINY! (1/3 size of a dime!). Wish i could upload the pix. I never would have bought if i knew they were so small (think ok for girl 6-12yrs). Pretty colors though & design is really nice. The necklace chain looks cheap but clasp is ok. Earrings are wires but short - you will need a rubber back to hold in your ears or chances are they will come out. Mine were so small they looked like posts on my ears not a drop earring like shown. For my return, they offered $30 (paid $150). I said no way. Mailed via usps, but my tracking slip accidentally went out with garbage! So it was mailed, but now i dont have tracking # to provide to them. i did take pix of package at post office & I sent it to them with info so they know its coming. Lets hope i get my $150 once they receive the pkg (due 7/7). The product wasnt what i expected (that happens), but its the return/refund process that really infuriates me. Sad cuz their jewelry looks really nice! Just be careful that youre ok with the process/product as Im sure some folks are delighted. Wish i was…. I might consider buying again if they properly refund all my $150 (i already paid return shipping).

Did not respond to my request for a return of a ring. I feel IGNORED! Would buy more but I will find another site.

Really easy to order and fast delivery. All stages of delivery I was kept up to date. Necklace is absolutely beautiful and I’m so pleased. It is much better than I expected it to be. I would definitely recommend nextearrings.
