Terrible. Still no prd

I like the selection to choose from. My only complaint is that it takes a very long time for the order to be delivered to me.

I love baguette stones. So when I saw this ring I had to have it, and I was not disappointed. This ring is beautiful. It sparkles like crazy. The gold tone of the band seems to me to be the color of 18k gold. Just striking! The ring came securely packaged in a beautiful velvet ring box. Shipping time was exactly within the 8 - 13 business day window. I will happily purchase from this company again.

They’re terrible!! Such a scam!!! do not waste your money! They don’t ship your item and they don’t return your money!!! BE CAREFUL!!

Well, the primary is that whoever (I am assuming a real person and not a bot) listened to me right away on chat right after I mistakenly ordered two of the same rings. This person took care to delete the second ring and issue a refund, which amazingly, took place within a few days! Usually, I have to wait weeks for a refund or credit but Nextearrings took care of this immediately! The ring arrived today, was safely packaged, and is beautiful, especially for the price. Thank you so much for having such terrific and personable customer service!

The prices are great. I have had to send items back because they looked cheap. My biggest issue is that after you order items there is no communication, you just wait and wait even though everything is in stock.

The item itself looked like advertised but was chunkier and I needed a delicate bracelet for my granddaughter. Several things make returning it difficult if not a total pain, the first being that the website doesn’t make the directions for doing so easy to find. For plenty more refund complaints see other reviews. But I wouldn’t order again. The site requires the use of PayPal, which requires multiple apps to be installed just to track the progress of the delivery. I didn’t do that and wondered if I’d get the item at all. Within 24 hours I received an email from the company notifying me that the bracelet was being prepared for shipping but it was just short of 2 weeks before an email came saying that it had shipped - no estimated arrival time. In the meantime a constant stream of offers arrived from the company in email as well as gratuitous email from PayPal. I’ll save myself the aggravation of dealing with this company in the future and will NEVER again buy from a source that requires PayPal or fails to state clear and easy return policies.
