Fake stuff, cheap metal, totally unlike the pictures
I ordered a ring and a necklace which arrived this morning. They do not look like the photos or videos on the NextEarrings website. The photos and videos on NextEarrings show significant detailing and a lot of depth, curves, scrollwork and detailing in the design, including delicate scrollwork on both the necklace and ring. Instead they are flat pieces, clearly stamped out of cheap molds and the rhinestones or crystals are simply glued in, not prong set as shown on the website. The website says the items are sterling silver; they are not and they are not marked silver either. They are cheap pot metal with some sprayed on gold finish. The website says 60 day return is absolutely guaranteed, but when I emailed for the return authorization, which you have to get in advance of a return, they responded I have to send videos and photos and explain exactly how the items are defective to be given a return authorization. The website says the items ship from a business in Illinois the USA. They do not — they ship from China and you have to return this cheap junk to China. This company is fraud, lies and cheats. The jewelry is Dollar Store quality. RUN AWAY from this rip off company from China. I paid week over a hundred and fifty bucks for items that you could pick up in Walmart for under ten bucks. The online photos are nothing more than bait and switch. They obviously took photos of antique heirloom fine jewelry for the website but will send you a stamped out cheap knock off with glued in cheap stones.
