Not the quality I had expected, beautiful ring, just not quality wise

I ordered the ring on the 26th Nov 2025 as a Christmas present for my wife and the delivery time was 9-13 business days. I waited until the 20th December before emailing to find out where my order was, only to be told it was despatched the day before. It finally arrived on the 5th Jan 2026. About 26 business days after I ordered. Having said that my wife loves the ring and is impressed by the quality. I have ordered many things from Chinese websites and never had to wait this long for something to turn up. I have also never received so many advertising emails between my first order and delivery.

I have ordered twice from next earrings. Just got my second order yesterday. The products are very nice, but my 3 star rating comes from the fact that my first order did not suit my gift purpose, and I have contacted the service address twice regarding a return or exchange and gotten absolute No response. This is zero customer service—-that disappoints me greatly from a company that offers such nice products and at a higher price point…

To many adds

I ordered earrings from them on 4/27/25 and still haven't received a notice that they are shipped!! I've emailed them and they say to "be patient." It seems to me that I've been patient enough. They said the item was in stock when I ordered the earrings, so it should not take 17 days just to wait for them to be shipped!! I'm not happy with how long it is taking.

I received a promotional code offering a 40% discount, but unfortunately, it wasn't valid when I tried to use it. Additionally, I had to enter my credit card number three times before I felt confident my order was processed. It was only after receiving the feedback survey that I knew everything went through. However, I had no issues at all when I ordered my first pair of earrings. I received my first pair this week. I am happy with the earrings.
