The art deco bracelet was very nice, brilliant Saffire stones and artificial diamonds. I ordered a size 8 and it was true to size. The white gift bag was smashed and unusable, however, the jewelry piece was delivered in a jewelry box and in good condition. Happy with this purchase.

I ordered a ring and a necklace which arrived this morning. They do not look like the photos or videos on the NextEarrings website. The photos and videos on NextEarrings show significant detailing and a lot of depth, curves, scrollwork and detailing in the design, including delicate scrollwork on both the necklace and ring. Instead they are flat pieces, clearly stamped out of cheap molds and the rhinestones or crystals are simply glued in, not prong set as shown on the website. The website says the items are sterling silver; they are not and they are not marked silver either. They are cheap pot metal with some sprayed on gold finish. The website says 60 day return is absolutely guaranteed, but when I emailed for the return authorization, which you have to get in advance of a return, they responded I have to send videos and photos and explain exactly how the items are defective to be given a return authorization. The website says the items ship from a business in Illinois the USA. They do not — they ship from China and you have to return this cheap junk to China. This company is fraud, lies and cheats. The jewelry is Dollar Store quality. RUN AWAY from this rip off company from China. I paid week over a hundred and fifty bucks for items that you could pick up in Walmart for under ten bucks. The online photos are nothing more than bait and switch. They obviously took photos of antique heirloom fine jewelry for the website but will send you a stamped out cheap knock off with glued in cheap stones.

The jewelry I’ve purchased which are 2 or or earring and a ring are absolutely magnificent! The shine is brilliant! I get compliments all the time I wear them ! I ordered the ruby earrings and ring for my 40th anniversary.. I’m so excited that I found this website!! I have yet to receive my tennis bracelet.

Ordered a ring on 1st September. Got an email saying they were super busy so to expect a delay in posting. I've checked today, I'm so pleased I paid via PayPal, Nextearrings have a chat bot that after I'd entered the order number, told me my ring had been delivered on 9th September. It hasn't, the tracking number provided was clearly just a front. No details, no proof of delivery. I've contacted Nextearrings by email, waiting on a response. Meantime, I've reported the issue to PayPal, so have immediately given me a full refund. So they clearly know that Nextearrings are a scammy company. Edit: The reply from Nextearrings is quite misleading, their email to me said if I took down/edited my review, and closed my open dispute with PayPal, then they'd send me another ring. I've responded that I'll edit my review and close the dispute when I actually get what I've paid over £60 to get. And their claim that they can't send me anything until I've done as they request is just nonsense. Also, interestingly, they say their 'tracking' gives proof of delivery - it doesn't, it just says 'delivered' and it says delivered on the 9th September, (not the 11th as stated in the response to this review) My proof is that I have a safe place to leave packages, and I have security cameras that show no one delivered anything that day. So what Nextearrings are saying in their response to this review is nonsense, and they know that. If they are really not scammers, send me a replacement ring. By their accounts, If they did that, I'd happily share on this and all the other platforms I intend to use that they have made things right. I'm only editing this review and adding details because from their response it looks like a reasonable offer, when in fact it isn't.

The site is very easy to navigate. I have purchased six items from you and four more items coming. In between I ordered the two-tone yellow radiant sapphire Tennis Bracelet and matching Eternity yellow sapphire matching ring. Unfortunately they do not sparkle or look real. I have real diamonds in earrings and an engagement ring with yellow diamonds. I am trying to make a return for them,I spoke to someone yesterday who was sending me a link to my e-mail to make the return but that seems to be a useless endeavor! I have left a number of phone calls. There is a 60 day return policy. HELP
